Shipping policy

All items from MBroidery by MBK, LLC. are shipped with tracking. Once your item has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please continue to track your package to ensure delivery and that you are able to accept the package in person.

All ready made items will ship within 7-10 days. All items that are made to order (i.e hospital sweatshirts) will ship within 2-3 weeks of ordering date. Delivery time frames are determined through the post office.

MBroidery by MBK, LLC. is not responsible for:

• Packages that are lost, damaged or stolen after they have been scanned in to the designated Postal Service.

• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

• Misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If you believe your package has been lost, stolen or damaged, please contact the mail carrier to file a claim.
