Refund policy

At the moment, we have a zero return / exchange on items that were ordered in the wrong size, color, etc. As we do our best to list the brands used for each item, please make sure you look up sizing or reach out regarding the sizing before purchasing. Each item is made to order.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged items upon delivery must be reported within 24 hours of tracking being marked delivered to be eligible for a return. After 24 hours, returns for damage will not be accepted. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Items must be sent back in the condition they were received in (tag in tact, no foul odors or smells, no signs of wear). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you need an item exchanged due to the incorrect order, you will be sent a shipping label to mail back the item for exchange. Once the item is received, the correct order will be replaced and sent out.
